Follow these steps to track your order within the app
Go to the Me tab > My Purchases > select To Ship, To Receive, Completed, or Canceled > select Track Order to view the order’s shipping status and details.
⚠️Note · Select the Return/Refund button if the item received is not in the expected condition. · For Non-COD orders that have not arrived after the estimated delivery date (EDD) and if the seller has not responded, you can request a return or refund for Non-COD orders as long as it is still within the Shopee Returns Window. · If you haven’t received your order after the EDD, learn more here or track your order through Shopee’s supported logistics partners. |
